Improving quality and advancing the field of early care and education depends on the leadership voice of early educators. Leading change and innovation are about having a vision for doing things better, being willing to think creatively, and being passionate and knowledgeable about change and inspiring others. In this paradigm-shifting webinar by author, advocate, and professor, Anne Douglass, PhD learn why a creative and entrepreneurial mindset matters for leadership at all levels of our field. Learn about new models and strategies for developing inclusive and entrepreneurial leadership in the early care and education field.
Join Anne to learn how to:
- Describe ECE’s leadership gap and at least one way leadership development can enhance the field
- Define entrepreneurial leadership and mindsets, and why they matter for leadership, innovation, and the future of ECE
- Be able to use, teach or share at least three strategies to foster leadership and innovation in ECE.
All sessions are 1.5 hours long, and include a brief announcement from our sponsor.

Can’t participate in our webinars at the appointed time? Never fear! All of the webinars are recorded. To view the recording, simply register now and you will receive an email with a link to the recording when it is ready to be viewed. You can still download the certificate by watching the recording to the end when the certificate link is announced and displayed on the screen.
