Directing a multi-site organization requires a level of leadership sophistication which comes from courage, daily habits of positive action, self-awareness, keen listening skills and a visionary outlook. When the leader views the multi-site organization from an asset-based perspective, they will attract more positive outcomes. This engaging webinar, presented by experienced Canadian child care Executive, and personal development and culture consultant, Debbi Sluys, RECE, will explore the many opportunities available through a multi-site structure. What it offers to the children, families, educators, administration, and community. Participants will discover ways in which a multi-site can feel “hygge” (warm and inviting) vs. institutional. Participants will learn about some practical systems which support efﬁciency in a multi-site organization. There will be examples of practices and policies which foster a sense of belonging for the employees and create an overall caring work culture.
