Leatha, an experienced early childhood expert, will share her secrets about tips for telephone interactions, dealing with challenging situations with families, making good impressions with parents, and dealing with collecting tuition with finesse.
You will leave this webinar with insight that will help you:
- Have increased empathy for parents to look beyond behavior and acknowledge or consider their feelings.
- Demonstrate and share with staff the what outstanding customer service looks like at your center.
- Plan at least 5 new ways to improve customer service at their center.
