This webinar, presented by Luisa M. Cotto, Manager of Communications and Engagement at United Way of Miami-Dade, will offer practical tips for administrators and teachers about how to engage families, co-workers, and the community at large.
You will learn how to:
• Enhance the effectiveness of all staff members in engaging parents and community partners.
• Create welcoming and inviting environments that supports families and the community in becoming early childhood advocates.
• Create family partnerships where staff and families build ongoing, respectful and goal-oriented relationships.
• Leverage community partners to build peer networks, link families and children to needed services.
