Early Childhood Leadership Coach
Sponsored by DiscoverED
There is a commonly held myth that growth requires doing “more”…
Some believe that staff and leaders need:
more strategies, and
more tips and tricks to grow and sustain excellence.
But, according to author and peak performance coach, Todd Herman, “More is the enemy of high performance.” This webinar, presented by school excellence expert, Chanie Wilschanski, will explore how doing more does not always result in early childhood program growth. Chanie will demonstrate how using data about your school and culture performance can help you build and sustain excellence. You will learn:
- the symptoms and red flags to know if you and your staff members are on or off track,
- how to prioritize actions you can take to create a positive ripple effect throughout your school
- how to minimize distractions for yourself and your team so your culture can be more collaborative and you maintain a standard of excellence
All sessions are 1.5 hours long, and include a brief announcement from our sponsor.
2:oo PM – 3:30 PM Eastern Time.
