Connected Kids
The primary role of the early childhood program director is to connect, inspire and empower staff members to become the best they can be in their important roles in early care and education. But before directors can inspire and empower, they first must connect on a genuine and personal level. “Sticky Note Storytelling” is a tool used by life coaches and CEO’s of organizations to facilitate personal growth and development and forge authentic and supportive relationships in an organization. It is a powerful process that leads people to self discovery and more meaningful relationships with others.
This session will explain the process of “Sticky Note Storytelling” and how to prepare staff for the process. Because the process is so powerful, and so personal, it is critical that directors who wish to use it prepare well. This session will include anecdotal accounts of storytelling experiences and tips for making the process go smoothly.
All sessions are 1.5 hours long, and include a brief announcement from our sponsor.
2:oo PM – 3:30 PM Eastern Time.
