Implementing curriculum occurs daily in the child care program, but many struggle with this task. Directors find themselves asking these questions: How do I help? How do I help them get started?
As a director, you are responsible for the support and guidance of teachers as they continue their journey towards intentionally implementing curriculum with young children. Implementing curriculum takes time and support. The session will provide some simple strategies directors’ can do to support the growth and intentionality of their staff. Supporting teachers is more than a drive by at the beginning of the day, it requires intentional observations and feedback.
All sessions are 1.5 hours long, and include a brief announcement from our sponsor.
