Rachel Supalla is a national keynote speaker, leadership coach, and educator with more than two decades of experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing early childhood organizations. She holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Administration and is Montessori certified, bringing both academic rigor and practical leadership expertise to her work.
Rachel is the founder and CEO of a multi-site, multi-state early learning organization serving families across multiple regions. As a national founder and operator, she is known for her systems-based approach to leadership, regulation, organizational culture, and adult capacity-building. Her work supports directors, administrators, coaches, and teacher-leaders in creating environments where both children and educators can thrive.
She is a best-selling author of The Playful Leader’s Toolkit and a TED speaker, where she explores leadership through the lenses of regulation, emotional intelligence, and sustainable performance. A seasoned teacher trainer and leadership coach, Rachel delivers professional development nationwide and is the creator of a Mentor Teacher Certification program designed to strengthen instructional leadership and mentoring practices within early learning settings.
In addition to her professional work, Rachel is a mom of four, a Montana-based founder, and a proud “Gigi.” Her leadership philosophy is deeply shaped by lived experience balancing organizational growth, family, and purpose. Known for her grounded, practical, and human-centered approach, Rachel helps organizations move beyond compliance-driven models toward leadership systems that are aligned, resilient, and built to last.
