Jessica Hobbs is a leader in operational compliance and regulatory affairs with over 25 years of experience in the Licensed Child Care sector. Her roles have included teacher, director,  licensing inspector in Kentucky, and Director of Compliance for a corporation with schools in the US, Canada and International where she developed systems to ensure schools comply with state regulations while promoting innovation. As a consultant, Jessica has built internal risk management auditing systems along with advocating for fairness in regulatory interpretations. Jessica excels in aligning stakeholders and enhancing decision-making processes along with being a published author in early childhood education.
