Bio

Heather White has worked in the Montessori field for more than fifteen years. She began her career as an early childhood guide, later expanding her experience to Elementary I and II classrooms, and eventually serving as Associate Head of School. Today, Heather works in several capacities with adult learners pursuing Montessori certification through The Center for Guided Montessori Studies. She also creates digital content for multiple Montessori organizations, including the American Montessori Society, and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Sarasota University—the only accredited institution of higher education dedicated solely to Montessori.

Heather holds an Ed.S. degree in School Psychology from the University of Central Florida and an M.Ed. with a concentration in Montessori Studies from Plymouth State University. She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and holds AMS credentials at the 3–6 and 6–9 levels. In addition, she has earned Anti-Bias, Anti-Racism certification from AMS and national certification as a Montessori Coach through the National Center for Montessori in the Public Sector.

Heather finds immense joy in using her years of experience and educational knowledge to inspire those she works with and to positively impact the lives of children through Montessori—by way of supporting educators and caregivers.
