Miriam Beloglovsky is a professor of early childhood education in Sacramento, California, where she has taught as full-time faculty since 2000. She has been advising, guiding and supporting college students for the past 25 years. She is a keynote speaker,and presents numerous workshops on child development, loose parts, play,play equity and social justice, and early learning. She is a consultant,coach, mentor,and designs early care an education play equity environments. She is the co-author of the award winning and best seller Loose Parts book series: Loose Parts Inspiring Play in Young Children, Loose Parts 2: Inspiring Play with Infants and Toddlers, and Loose Parts 3: Inspiring Culturally Sustainable Environments. She has also co-authored the book, Early Learning Theories Made Visible. She holds a BA in radio, television and film,an MA in early childhood education,and an MA in marriage, family and child Therapy.
