Dr. Tamar Andrews has been in the field of ECE for over 35 years and has worked as a teacher, director, mentor director, professor, and international speaker and consultant. She is currently the director of the ECE degree programs at AJU. Dr. Andrews’ is currently engaged in research to help identify how to make professional development for ECE practitioners more effective and a long-term project to help identify neurodiversity in young children early enough to make significant strides to helping them develop to their full potential.
