When it comes to young children and learning, Andrew Davis loves when a plan comes together. But what if there is no plan?  As Director of Early Learning at Follett, Andrew travels the country observing early educators whose intentionality and planning has led to great efficiencies and - most importantly - results for each child in their programs. As an advocate for children, public speaker and general problem-solver, he has spent the last 12 years sharing the best of what he has observed with programs looking to positively impact the children they serve.
