As a program leader or administrator, you often have to find people to fill knowledge and skill gaps in your program. For example, you may want to know more about how to formally identify and screen candidates and how to ensure you receive the best services and measure the outcomes. This session will provide essential tips for recruiting, screening, and contracting with consultants, as well as key considerations for setting up for success and measuring outcomes of your engagements. Join us to consider the steps you can take to maximize your investment of time, money, and trust with external experts.

In this session you will learn ow to formalize your processes for:

• Setting clear objectives for your outsourcing projects.
• Searching for and identifying consultants who are perfect for your program’s objectives, mission, and philosophies.
• Setting your consultants up for success.
• Contracting with consultants.

All sessions are 1.5 hours long, and include a brief announcement from our sponsor.
