• identify the four key elements of contracts
• include the two most important terms in your contracts
• enforce your contract and policies
• resolve common conflicts with parents
• identify when it may not be a good idea to accept a parent into your program
• handle common pesky parent problems like late pickups, chemically impaired parents, and other difficult problems

By the end of this session you will have more control over your early childhood business and be more comfortable enforcing your agreements with parents.
